We take a club-first approach - reviewing your current setup, pricing, sponsorship model and long-term goals. Together, we shape the right partnership level, including kit supply, club shop structure, KitCoin™, commercial support and exclusive benefits. Everything is tailored and agreed upfront.

Once signed off, your partnership begins. Your club shop goes live, pricing and discounts are activated, and your agreed benefits are unlocked. From multi-sport kit supply to ongoing account support, we handle the detail so your club can focus on performance, growth and the season ahead.

How long does it take to receive my custom sports kit order?
Once your order is placed and artwork is approved, production typically takes 10–15 working days. From there, it’s shipped via APC on a next working day delivery service. You’ll receive tracking updates and a 4-hour delivery window so you know exactly when it’s arriving.

How do I set up a free online club shop for my team?
You can set up your club’s online shop at no cost. Kit Factory will create a dedicated club-shop where members, parents and fans can browse, order and pay with full support for custom kit, club badges, sponsors, and team-specific ranges.
Can we include sponsor logos or player names on our kit?
Yes. Your club shop supports embroidery, print, badges, numbers and personalised names. Any customised item is produced to order and follows the custom kit returns policy.
Can my sports club earn money through the online shop?
Yes, by offering your club’s kit, training gear and merchandise through your club shop, you open a path for revenue. Each sale goes through the shop, giving the club a chance to earn revenue or recoup kit costs. The exact profit depends on club pricing structure and order volume.
What is your return and exchange policy for custom kit orders?
Customised/personalised items (with logos, prints, names, numbers, badges): Non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Plain (non-customised) items, unused: Eligible for return or exchange under standard policy.
Faulty or defective goods (within 28 days of delivery): Eligible for full refund or replacement, regardless of customisation status.
